Congratulations to our December 2019 Member of the Month, Karen Otto! She is a total joy and stealthily conquers the leader board regularly. Some quotes from the coaching staff below:
"Karen!!! She has been an excellent addition to the gym and more recently the 5:30. She comes in every day with a quietude and determination that isn't matched. She is always receptive to coaching and boy is she strong. She recognizes both her strengths and weaknesses and actively looks to round herself out as an athlete! And oh yeah, she is crazy strong."
"Karen does what she needs to day to day to develop her strength as an athlete. She responds well to coaching. She challenges herself daily, dedicating time outside of class to her lifts and skills, as well as attending classes. I'm sure this determination gets put into practice in other areas of her life as she is still playing soccer, and working on finishing school and maintaining a fancy job. Karen is awesome!"
"Karen is low key awesome in that she comes into the gym, does the workout with little fanfare, and just crushes it. She's super strong and put in a ton of work since joining CWCF. She's fun to coach and listens to feedback really well."
